We insist on using the freshest cuts of beef at Willie’s Smoke House. Our dried beef is created fresh every week, in house. Our secret recipe goes back over 100 years- so it’s passed the test of time. We then season and cure the beef with a special blend of hardwoods that creates a special smoke flavor you won’t find anywhere else. Our dried beef can be sliced or chipped. The possibilities are endless, just like the flavor.
