Smoked Chicken Breast

We start with the freshest jumbo all white meat chicken breasts.  We smoke them for 10 hours using our special blend of hard woods.  The end result is a juicy, tender and flavorful product.  Serve it cold over a salad or on a sandwich.  Or gently warm it to make the perfect meal for dinner.

Each chicken breast weighs approximately 2 pounds.
